Our Team

Emily is the dedicated Preschool Manager who brings a wonderful blend of expertise and enthusiasm to the team. She serves as our SENCO and DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead), ensuring every child's individual needs are met and their safety is the top priority. She is also fully First Aid trained.

As our dedicated Deputy Lead, Carlie brings many years of experience across all areas of early years. She is also our Deputy Safeguarding Lead and is first aid trained. Her great organisational skills are key to keeping the setting running smoothly.

Callum is our enthusiastic Senior Play Worker, bringing a fantastic sense of fun and energy to the preschool. A huge advocate for active outdoor play, he also serves as Deputy SENCO and supports staff professional development. First aid trained.

Emma is the fun, creative heart of our team, known for her love of arts and crafts. She leads our fundraising efforts and ensures there is never a boring moment for the children. Fully first aid qualified.

Beth brings a wonderfully gentle nature to our preschool, creating a truly supportive and welcoming environment for all the children. Her enthusiasm for children's learning shines through in her practice every day.

Natalie is a warm and enthusiastic team member, passionate about supporting children's early development. She brings energy and dedication to every session, helping every child feel safe and valued.

Vicki is a dedicated and caring team member committed to building positive relationships with children and families, ensuring that every child feels happy, secure and ready to learn each day.
